Meet Allie Donaldson - The creator, owner, and lead pastry chef of Decadent - a small bakery located in the Gallatin Valley.
Born and raised in Bozeman Montana, Allie's passion for creating beautiful pastries began during childhood. She can vividly remember creating mud cakes topped with spiraling violets from her yard, or multi-tiered play-dough cakes!
By the time she was 12, She was entering her edible baked creations in the Montana Winter fair. Some of Allie's favorite memories include lots of evenings baking late into the night with her mom in preparation for the fair.
After high school, Allie took a job at a local bakery in Bozeman as a pastry chef. Over the next ten years she worked there full time, and then part time after starting a family.
In 2017 she decided to pursue her dream of having her own bakery, where she could create her cakes, cookies, and other pastries with her own artistic flare! DECADENT was born.
Since opening, she has continued to see exponential growth and community support, for which she is so grateful!
